Representative Government
For: The player who cast the most votes "For" takes the speaker token. When casting votes, players cast votes equal to the number of planets exhausted, instead of the planets' combined influence value. A player that exhausts Mecatol Rex casts 1 additional vote. Players cannot cast additional votes from other sources. Against: At the start of the next strategy phase, each player who voted "Against" or abstained exhausts all of their cultural planets and cannot choose the Politics strategy card unless it is the only unchosen strategy card. This is just a preview. This version is not currently in your build – your build uses the version.
